Greetings from Ghana. This is Part 2 of the diary I posted on Wednesday offering analyses of President Obama’s visit to Ghana. In Part 1, I briefly discussed background context to US-Ghana relations, and the preparations underway in anticipation of Obama’s arrival.
So here we are. The visit is now over, and we take stock.
